Technical description for port 37777:
The port 37777 serves as a receiver of the video and audio streams for the Digital Video Recorder (DVR) for Linux, which has been rewritten by employing the GStreamer programming language. Pierre Hebert started to write DVR for Linux in March 2001 for the purpose of recording television shows with his Linux system. Anonymous users can employ port 37777 to download DVR at http://svn.pierrox.net/dvr/trunk.
IP Camera for Linux also employs Port 37777 as its TCP port and port 80 as its HTTP port. This IP camera affords the usual camera features for network video applications. It enables the user to check, make backups, and examine video information to permit him or her to make the necessary response through the client end.
